I'd like to be able to download a backup of my attachments alongside my back up of transaction data - preferably tagged with the record ID. These are our records if ever needed and the ability to download them all and make sure that they are safe would be very useful.
Hi James, there's a similar post recently suggesting Dropbox integration (as is used in Receipt Bank and Kashflow).
At the moment when I head for "Documents" I get a list of all my docs, can save them in folders etc but your right, if I ever needed to get hold of them, the only way is to open each one and save it, which would take days.
So it would be great to have select boxes next to each with a "download" facility.
