Open PDFs in new tab/window

When PDF documents are created and displayed by ClearBooks, can they please always be opened in a new tab. This seems to be the normal behaviour for most websites, and also helps navigation. I can't tell you the number of times that I've closed the PDF window expecting to go back to ClearBooks; instead it's closed the ClearBooks session and I have to log in all over again. Very frustrating!

I literally right click to 'open in a new tab' on everything these days (I end up with lots of tabs!!)
