Also is it possible to have an option to be able create a quote form stock? It will let you do an invoice but I nearly always have to do a quote first then once accepted a invoice?? I love the Invoice option much quicker and saves time.

Hi Sue,
Any customers that have transactions allocated to them cannot be deleted. You can archive them however, the following link here https://www.clearbooks.co.uk/support/guides/customers-sales/archiving-a-customer/ will show you the steps to doing that. If there are any clients that do not have anything allocated to them, then those ones can be safely deleted, as shown here https://www.clearbooks.co.uk/support/guides/customers-sales/delete-a-customer/.
Unfortunately it isn't possible to create a quote from stock at the moment. I think it is a great idea though and I will pass it on to the Developer team to review.
