Hi
Is it possible to have a screen that allows you to spread cost to several periods. Basically something similar to how the fixed asset module works. You would tell it the balance sheet and P&L codes are and the start and end dates and hey presto!

Hi both - this "prepayment tool" to act in exactly the same way as the Fixed Assed depreciation has been suggested a few times and was always thought a "great idea" (even by the developers!) especially as other systems don't have it.
Great idea however doesn't seem to translate to Great feature.

How do I enter prepayments for sales in C/B please? A sales invoice will be created at a later date.
