CIS Contractor Payment and Deduction Statements

Please improve the CIS contractor PDF statements!

Currently they look like an afterthought - bit messy and not enough detail on there - not even the period or dates.

It would be fantastic if you could include the info required on the CIS Payment and Deduction Statements : http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/forms/cis-payment-deduction-statement.pdf

It would also be great to be able to exclude the supplier name (which is often in the format Surname First name and is duplicated by the contact name) from the statements for individual subcontractors. Thanks.
