Invoice Address + Delivery Address

You can add your delivery address and the invoice is OK, but the delivery note prints the Invoice address under the "delivered to" field, which is no good at all.

Yes please. This is essential for us. Our customers are big NHS holspitals and invariably the delivery address is different from the billing address - get it wrong and there's a risk payments go into limbo, so we're manually creating invoices in Word at the moment to allow this flexibility.
