Please can anyone help. We have a company credit card and have been charged interest and I don't know how to put it onto the account.

Yes, you can add it as a bank account. For the interest, you should process it as a Money out, selecting the Interest Expense account.

When explaining the transaction, you should be able to select the Bank as the supplier and a system default account code of Interest Expense.
