Email P45

This was noted as being a good idea 10 years but never implemented for some reason. Can it come back on the wish list?

Current user flow: -Remember to sort out P45 -View P45 -Save to computer -find employees email address -create new email on PC, add note, attach P45 -Send

Better user flow: -Remember to sort out P45 -click 'Email P45 to employee' on 'Previous employees' screen.
