File Store

  1. I can't seem to find a setting to allow other users access to this?

  2. Is there a way items can be scanned in using the mobile app. similar to bills inbox? Should be straightforward to integrate?

  3. Is there a way the file store can be set up similar to the bills inbox? ie. a preview/thumbnail of the item rather than a one line entry with no meaningful visibility?

This would improve workflows greatly

Okay that's great - I think the coding would be very similar to Bills Inbox so should be easy to add

If we had ~100 items in the file store it will become difficult to search for the correct item

Hi Gareth,

  1. Users will require the Tools > Import data permissions.

2 & 3. I will raise this as a request with our Product team for review.

For 3. At current, we do show thumbnail previews when the mouse is moved over the filename, but only for images, not for PDFs.
