We did a mass customer import. However we forgot to include some additional information, i.e. address, email. It would be good if it were possible to import the missing customer information one more time.
Hi Karolina, Thanks for your post. Currently, you cannot do an 'update import' to only import certain bits of information and add these into an existing customer's details. You have to remove the customer and add them again, though I realise that is not a good method if you have transactions against their name. Therefore this could potentially be a good idea to implement. The more support your post gains on the Community Network, the more likely your idea is to be prioritised by our development team.
