Incorrect exchange rate calculations

What happens is the conversion is done on each line item, then the total for each item is rounded to 2 decimal places, then they are added together to give the total for the invoice. I would be better to have the conversion should only be done on the total, (not the line items) as you cannot allocate payments to line items only the invoice total anyway.
