Is there a way to filter out 'Archived' customers in the customer view? I can see in a few years that the A-Z list will be unmanageable if you can't hide/show archived.
Would also be good to have a quicker way to archive old customers. Whether that be a way to sort customers by last transaction date, or just an 'archive' button in the customer list.

Sorry for misunderstanding your question, I now understand it. I have spoken to our developers and you cant currently hide archived customers in the customer list, however the archived customers shouldn't appear when creating an invoice.
I have also placed this issue in the Ideas section on our Network and this will be reviewed by our development team in the Clear Books software in the future.

Any chance of this being implemented - a filter allowing us to Show/Hide Archived customers would be ideal!
This is an oldie but a goodie. We have 9500 'dead' customers and I would love to be able to hide them. It is a cluttered mess and it is only going to get worse.
I agree that this would be a welcome addition. Once a client is archived I see no reason for them to continue to show up as a supplier
is there any update on this? I am stuck with hundreds of old suppliers on my suppliers list that I haven't worked with for years
