Journal templates and more

Following on from this post a while back https://secure.clearbooks.co.uk/network/ideas/view/journal-templates-425.html

1) Journal templates would be really helpful
2) Having to state the number of lines before you create the journal is quite annoying
3) Each line should come with an optional narrative
4) I'm surprised they're not numbered
