It's a hassle having to view an invoice, select Email invoice and then scroll down to select 'hand delivered' or 'delivered by post' . Can this be done from the main unpaid invoices list?

I can definitely see how it can help people, and to some it will seem a good idea and other's may not be fussed. In the end it depends on Usability and if enough people think its something that will help them.

If you look at the list of "Unpaid" or "All" invoices under Sales, you'll see, under the status column, an envelope symbol that indicates whether the invoice has been emailed (blue) or not (black). Clicking on this takes you straight to the email invoice screen where you can pick or change the delivery method. I particularly like the blue hand if hand delivered, but the box for posted looks too square :-)
There is also the thought that there should be a 4th option, delivery via outside email, but nobody can think of a suitable icon!
