Easy way to Edit payslip from Period Overview Page

It would be good to have an edit button on the Period Overview Page so that you could select an employee and edit that periods figures easily rather than using the Undo button to erase all the data for that employee for that period and have to start inputting all the figures again. I've found that you can click on the employee name then Process Payroll again and you can amend the details there but no quick option to take you back to that Process Payroll page quickly.

Hi Chris,

Open Payroll is still a, relatively, new system and as such we are looking at refining it as we go along. I can certainly see how this idea could ease and speed up your use of the system. It would be good to see what other users think of this as the more support an idea receives the more likely it is to be implemented sooner by our developers.

Hi Chris,

This has now been implemented.

This can be achieved from the payroll overview page by following the links for which ever month you have or would like to process, which then breaks down into each individual employee. From here it is possible to edit each employee by selecting the tick icon under the "calculate" heading. Alongside the ability to edit individual employees, it is possible to process in batches or individually to make any one off changes.

To return back to the Payroll overview, simply select the Payroll tab at the top of the screen.
