Hide Completed recurring invoice/bill templates

Hi Jim,

I believe that you can do this already simply by deleting the template. This will not delete the invoices themselves, but will remove the template and stop it generating new recurrences of the invoices you no longer wish to issue.

Deleting the template will not affect the invoices that have already recurred it will just remove the template from the recurring list and stop further occurrences.
