Formatting is crappy when submitting a ticket from a page

When submitting a ticket to the support team, the formatting is crappy on the success notice...

Can you fix this so that it's green like the rest of the success notices that are on the site please?

(Asking more as a person obsessed with consistent GUI design, rather than as a user)

I agree with this, i'm never too sure a ticket has actually been submitted until a few minutes later when the confirmation email comes through.

Thanks for the feedback Daniel and Kevin, our development team will look into getting this amended to make it a bit clearer.

Yes, looks great, thanks. Although I'm not sure about showing the contact form again after the message has been submitted; can't imagine many people submitting two tickets in close succession.

Anyway, I digress. Thanks for addressing that :)
