Idea for statements

We have started a new sister company and on doing so the sales invoices are most important to the business. As this is the case when printing the statements it only shows the whole amount due as a total from over due to not yet due. As we are working on 30days end of month this doesn't help when trying to send out statement for the month due now and the next month invoices due. can this be done at all?

Also the 30days end of month would be a great idea for the invoice terms as each and every invoice at the moment has to be manually changed to fit with these terms. Can this be done as well?
