Freetext field for budget assumptions and notes

the upgraded budget tool is really good It would be really helpful to have a freetext field for budget assumptions and notes against each cost centre

Thank you very much for your idea. We are always looking to make our software more in line with what real users want and this certainly seems to be something worth looking at. As with all the ideas on Community, the more comments and votes your suggestion receives the more likely it will implemented sooner by our developers.
