Batch Bill - remove 'Batch Processed' text and allow optional input

I've just used the batch bill facility for the first time today - very handy.

I'm not a big fan of the automatic 'Batch Processed' summary box text though and would much prefer to have the option to input my own text within the initial process should I so wish.

Thanks for trying out our batch billing facility. Your idea is duly noted and hopefully enough users can endorse this ASAP to get it higher on our developments list of ideas to implement.
