Time tracking

Is there a way of importing data into time sheets?
We have CSV data in our time sheet system, and it would be useful to import this data.
Accounting 
We are also looking at this function. It would make it a lot easier to make employees/contractors what they've worked and create invoices for customers too.
Which time sheet systems are you using?
