Spell check does not work properly when entering lines on invoice

When entering line descriptions on an invoice, if you make a spelling mistake my browser places a red wiggly line under the offending spelling. But normally you can right click on the line and the browser will offer spelling corrections.

But with the above the red line appears but it does not offer any correction options upon right click as other field input boxes do. Its works fine on this input box.

is there some kind of coding that is stopping the correction interaction?

Normally my spelling and typing is fine but at the moment have a temp hand injury/disability and am making mistakes in typing.

Have checking this is all browsers and its does it with all of them.
