Invoice theme doesn't edit the supplier CIS report.

Hi

I've created an Invoice theme for my paperwork generated by Clearbooks but the theme does not edit the supplier CIS report - This page when viewed as a PDF is in the old standard Clearbooks format.... Can you take a look into this. I have raised this point before but didn't get a response.
