Mileage claim calculation needs to be more precise when breaching 10,000 miles

Employee has claimed 9,900 miles for the tax year.

Then claims a further 200.

Claim should reflect 100 @ 45p and 100 @ 25p. However, as it's all being done on the same exclaim claim form, Clear Books automatically applies 45p to the whole 200 miles which is incorrect.

I know there's a running tab in the bottom left corner but I think a bigger warning of some sort needs to be given.
