Bank statement transaction explain improvements

As some of you may be expecting, this amendment has just gone live.

We've modified the bank statement slightly. Previously, the transaction explain form was below the table of transactions and it was necessary to scroll down every time. We've relocated the explain form and this will now appear under the currently explained transaction. We expect this to make the explaining process a lot faster.
