Shiny new look for Subscriptions - part 2

Our product team are passionate about making Clear Books clear & simple for you. They have been hard at work changing the way you manage your subscriptions. Previously we released the first set of changes and today, we’re releasing the final part - ‘Part 2’ of our improvements.
What has changed?
- New payment method management pages which allow you to:
- Switch between direct debit and credit/debit card at the click of a button
- Easily update your payment details
- Tweaks to the menu to accommodate a new ‘account’ page for your business
What is it and what does it do?
The subscriptions area lets you manage what services you use from Clear Books, mainly our Accounting, Payroll and HR software. You can also view what you’ve paid for and change how you pay for it.
How does it benefit you?
We have made it easier for you to change how you pay for your subscription - so no more calls to support!
The new ‘Your account’ page will allow us in future to bring settings that affect your Clear Books account to one centralised location. Making it easier to navigate and configure your account settings.
Who will use it?
Any customer who wishes to switch from direct debit to card payments or vice versa, or who needs to update their payment details.
Please note, if you pay via Fubra you will not be able to benefit from this new update. If you would like to pay directly with Clear Books, please contact Support, who will help you move to our payment system.
How do I start using it?
Just head to the Subscriptions area. The changes are live for everyone now!
