Scheduled Maintenance – Server Migration Saturday 3rd September 2016

Over the last few months, as part of our goal to increase the speed and reliability of Clear Books and improve our ability to grow to meet the demands of our customers, we’ve been working on migrating our infrastructure to Amazon Web Services (AWS).

While most of this work has been happening behind the scenes without having any impact on customers, we’ve reached a point where we’ll need to take Clear Books offline for a short period of time to make the final switch.

Clear Books will be unavailable for all customers between 22:00 BST on Friday 2nd September 2016 and 03:00 BST on Saturday 3rd September 2016 while this scheduled maintenance work is carried out.

We hope that the time slot chosen minimises any inconvenience caused.

Once the maintenance has been completed we will continue to monitor the new infrastructure closely throughout the weekend. In the unlikely event that issues arise during this period we may need to perform further unscheduled maintenance to correct them.
