Error when attempting to import PayPal transactions

• A restriction was preventing users from being able to enter a custom start date on the Paypal import integration.

Error message when attempting to delete a dividend

• An error message prevented users from being able to delete a dividend if the journal had already been deleted. This is now resolved, however, we always recommend deleting the dividend first, as this deletes the journal as part of that action.
