Announcement: 'Metro Bank - Personal and Business Online Banking' feed update

Metro Bank has released a new API which our bank feed provider has successfully migrated to for the ‘Metro Bank - Personal and Business Online Banking’ feed. However, since migration customers have been experiencing a problem which has prevented all bank accounts from being discovered during the connection process. This issue is still pending with Metro Bank to resolve, however, our bank feed provider has implemented a workaround.

This workaround is showing a significant success rate for our bank feed provider. We have run some tests ourselves and can confirm their findings. We thought it was now the best time to tell you about this news and how to get your feed working again or working for the 1st time.

To try this out please add a new a new feed from the bank feeds menu, do not try to re-authenticate an old feed (if you do have an old feed, you can remove this when the new feed has been added):




Please note: This feed will work for Metro Bank customers who can log in via the 'Personal banking' log in form or the 'Business Online Banking' log in form on the Metro Bank website.
