Announcement: Unallocated payment and receipt remittance email templates

The email templates now include unallocated payment and unallocated receipt templates. These will be used if you choose to email a remittance advice to your supplier or customer, to let them know a payment has been made or received that hasn't been allocated to any bills or invoices.

Sending unallocated payment/receipt remittance

Use the email button when viewing an unallocated payment or receipt.

The email will be autocompleted with the contact details and payment/receipt amount.

Modifying the templates

If you want to modify your unallocated payment and receipt templates, you can do this under Contacts | Emails | Email templates.
