Announcement: Purchase order approvals

We’re excited to announce a new enhancement to Clear Books: Purchase Order Approvals.
This update provides control over approval of purchase orders before they are processed.
Turning it on
Purchase order approvals can be toggled on within the feature toggles page, under the Purchase orders main feature.
New Permission: Approve purchase orders
Admin users can grant or revoke the ability to approve purchase orders for individual users and user roles.
Submit for approval
When the approvals feature is active, users can submit new purchase orders for approval.
View unapproved purchase orders
Unapproved purchase orders are visible in a separate view on the purchase orders list.
Unapproved purchase orders cannot be emailed, printed, converted to bills, or marked as complete until they are approved.
Approving purchase orders
Users with the approval permission, can select one or more unapproved purchase orders and approve them in one action.
Once a purchase order is approved, you can email, print, convert it to a bill, and mark as complete. Approved purchase orders cannot be edited.
