Product update: Download files from the bills inbox

You can now download images and PDFs from the Clear Books bills inbox to your local file system.

Use the ellipsis icon to access the new Download option alongside the Delete option.

Hi Gerald. Make sure you are choosing "Send photos to bills inbox" from the mobile app. You can read more information on this here
