When sending photos to the bills inbox from the Clear Books mobile app, you can now take photos of multiple page bills and send them as one item to the bills inbox.

Sending multi-image bills

When sending photos to the bills inbox, select the "Multiple" option, or swipe left, to enable the multi-image mode.

Take photos of each page or document associated with the purchase

A thumbnail image will show the number of images taken so far. Select the thumbnail to review the images taken and delete any that are not wanted.

Send the images to the bills inbox

When all photos are taken for that purchase, select the tick to send the images to the bills inbox

Continue sending photos to the bills inbox

You can remain in multiple mode or switch back to single mode to continue taking photos of other invoices or receipts.

Exit when done

When all images are taken, use the x to close the camera

A confirmation of the total number of images sent will be displayed.

Multi-image files in the bills inbox

Multiple image files will appear in the bill inbox with stacked thumbnail images.

Review multi-image bill

Click on a multiple image bill to review the information extracted from the images. Scroll to view each image on the right.

Save the bill

Click save and it will be saved to your purchases with all images attached to the Clear Books bill record.
