We've added the ability to email customer statements in bulk from your customer list in Clear Books Accounting.
When you view your customer list, there is now a button that provides a drop down menu of two options - one to download all statements and another to email all statements.
This is so close but still not quite what I would need. What I really need is a way to email out statements for a group of customers but not actually all! Any chance of a further refinement?

Woo hoo OMG I was told the other day this wasn't in the pipeline so how has it suddenly appeared?!!! We have been asking for this for ages so this is brilliant but yes like Colin says it would be good if it could be slightly refined to maybe have check boxes that you can either "select all" or tick the ones you want to email?
This is an excellent change and will save me so much time every month. Something that would be even more helpful is allowing me to specify which email addresses within a client record receive the statements.
I have a number of clients where the statements have to go to a different email address to the main contact or have to go to multiple people within the company.
If you could have a tick box against each of the contacts to select if they receive the statement it would make the bulk statement process even better
