Very good support in the early stages

Hi, we would like to congratulate you in the support you have offered us in the early set up stages. We have received regular contact and those involved have always tried to help us solve the issues we have encountered (some with more success than others...) but the customer service experience is pretty good so far. All we hope is that this continues as we become ongoing paying customers! ;)
