Description on mileage claims doesn't resize

In the mileage claims the description field does not allow resizing, therefore it's very difficult to actually use the description field when it fills the box, near impossible to be precise.

I have added this on our log of issues to look into.

I will use this as a reference and update this once this has been completed.
