Hi,

I just wanted to check I havent been double charged for Feb.

I had two invoices both for £20+Vat which I have paid. I wanted to check this is correct and why I would have this double charge in Feb.

Hi Tim,

I'm having this investigated by one of our Fubra support agent. It would seem that there have been two payments made which overlap, so I've asked the Fubra support agent to refund the monies once they have come through.

Are you able to access your account as normal or are you still experiencing issues?

Hi Tim,

I've placed your account on override so you should be able to log in to the account as normal now. Please can you confirm this from your end?
