Bank recs

Since the new 'strike through' of the deleted items on bank recs, the percentage of explained items is incorrect (ie the deleted items are still counted as unexplained) For example, I have fully explained all my items on 11-23/2/15, but because it included a deleted item, it states only 90% explained
