Cannot view my ClearBooks invoice

Hi,
I’m trying to get a copy of my ClearBooks invoice. The Home>Subscription>History page says:
Cannot view invoice?
Payments for Clear Books are taken through the Fubra Payments system. There is an issue linking through to the invoices in the Fubra Payments system on some accounts. If this is the case for you then please log in directly to Fubra Payments to view PDF invoices.
No payments taken.
I’ve followed the link to Fubra Payments and tried logging in there using my clearbooks email and password by it says:
Unfortunately the email address or password you entered were incorrect, please re-enter your details and try again.
