Cannot change email address

My current email address will not be active from end of July and I need to change my email address. I've tried doing this via my profile but it keeps coming up with an error message. It is absolutely essential that I get this resolved. Has anyone else had this issue and can they advise on how I resolve it?

Hi Helen,

Do you mean the email address you use to log in or the email address you have set up on the Settings>Organisation>Details menu?

Helen, raise a support ticket to get the email address changed for your organisation. The support people have to change this - I got an error when I tried to do it last week. They quickly sorted it out
