Subscription Payment Settings not available

I want to change my method of payment for my Clearbooks subscription from one credit card to another one. However, under Manage Subscription, if I click on payment settings, it only offers the option of closing my account and nothing else?

If this a fault in the software? I have seen another user posting a similar query which was resolved but didn't say how.

Help please as I need to close down the account for the current credit card used for payment of my subscription!

Hi Raymond,

I see you are currently on a Fubra managed subscription. In order to update your card details you will have to login via your Fubra Passport and follow the steps within there.

If you need any further assistance or details in doing this, please let me know.
