CIS Return problem

I reported a problem with my CIS submission last month, that led to Clearbooks confirming there had been problems with several submissions? However I have still not received confirmation of a solution therefore I have just submitted this months data using the HMRC website! Disappointing, as this was why I chose Clearbooks because it had the ability to report CIS?
I have received an email from the support team on the 24th June, to advise a number of returns had been sent to HMRC with incomplete data and they would come back to me when the problem was resolved? Still not heard from the Support Team?
