Is anyone else having issues getting hold of the support team?
Phone says to call back in 10 mins and emails aren't being answered!
Any suggestions?

Yes, I have an issue that's been going on since May and my tickets are getting ignored and they don't update them with progress.
Support used to be really good but seems to have disappeared lately.
