I have problems importing csv files containing 3 columns, date, description and value. I have removed blank rows and columns but still cannot import the files. I need this to work as soon as possible because manual entry will be unbearable. Many thanks
SolvedHi Ali, Are these bank statement imports?
Have you tried to remove any existing import mappings from the system? Money > Import Rules > Mappings. If you are still having difficulties, please send in the file to helpdesk and we can have a look into it for you.
