Urgent!!! Problem with CIS verification unresolved - no support resolution

Dear Clearbooks,

I have an issue with my CIS verification - the reason I chose Clearbooks was mainly due to the fact that you offered CIS but this is the 2nd time I have had to send a support ticket as it does not work. Whenever I try to verify a subcontractor it tells me that the UTR etc. must be wrong and then gives me a pending status. However I am able to log online to hmrc.gov.uk and verify my subcontractors this way almost immediately! I then have to log back into Clearbooks and manually enter the verification number.

On top of this I have recently spoken with John Foreacre about my CIS return in May not uploading to HMRC properly and may take 14 weeks for the information to be processed.

Clearly there is an issue with this element of my subscription, we are shortly due to use a lot of subcontractors and what use is Clearbooks to me if I cannot verify them? Please can someone resolve this issue asap.
