Been waiting for a solution to my ticket since 10th July??? Any chance of actual SUPPORT or shall I move my business elsewhere???

Hi Michael,

I am really sorry for how long this has taken to resolve, and for the inconvenience this has caused.

We have identified the issue with the PayPal import and are currently working on a fix. We will update you when the fix has been deployed.
