Mobile app freezes android

Morning. Just starting to use mobile app but unable to enter any purchases as app freezes with ' loading vat schemes ' on screen.

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi Brian, we are currently in the process of making significant improvements to our app and we hope to release a new improved version in the near future. Hopefully this will help resolve the issues some users are experiencing.

Any update on this? Just tried again to use mobile app and again it failed. Will attempt again when in wireless zone and document issues

I have problems with the Android mobile app as well. Every time I try to enter an expense I complete all the fields but it keeps telling me there's an error with one of the fields -- but it doesn't specify which one.

The Xero app is MILES better... IMHO.
