Payments on account do not work when part of a multiple item transaction

Hi there

This is in relation to support ticket #4/82146

I've noticed that the payments on account work fine if you are putting the entire bank payment or bank receipt to payments on account. However, if the payment is broken up into multiple items, only one or two of which are to be payments on account, the unallocated cash report doesn't pick them up.

Can someone please verify this?

Hi Michael,

I do believe you are right on this.

Up to two parts this will work, but when there are three or more it does not allocate it as required. We are aware of this and it is being looked into.

Receipts on account don't work when the payments are part of a bulk receipt from gocardless. Customer receipt £60 more than invoice what is the solution?
