Inadequate explanation to potentially serious issue in Clearbooks

I called several days ago, with a fault in clearbooks, - a line item on a sales invoice had not transferred to the nominal account, although all the other lines had. Apparently the developers fixed this after my call - although I never received a call back to say this had been done. When I chased it up the call handler said it had been fixed, so I asked for a full explanation as this is making me lose confidence in Clearbooks. I was told it was a one off and would not happen again. I explained this was not a proper explanation and asked for some-one more senior to call me back. TWO days later, no call !! This is not good enough, everyone needs to have confidence in the accounts data, and I am now concerned that this may have happened before ? May happen again ? This is potentially serious for any company in ensuring that these transactions are recorded accurately, and the lack of customer service is not helping to improve my confidence.
