Go Cardless payment

Ref my invoice INV004357 - it says payment has been made by Go Cardless. i haven't received any funds. Cam you please investigate.

Once again, thanks for prompt response. I've sorted it out now.

Apparently I have 2 different accounts with GCL - my mistake.

Hi Michael - it looks as though this was a one off payment, have you cross checked the GoCardless id (this reference number will be in the Payment history when viewing the invoice) with the guys at GoCardless?

Many thanks. I had already looked at my GCL account, but there's no indication of any kind about this transaction. I have never used GCL since I signed up about 12/18 months ago.

Hi Michael - there's always a time delay when funds come through GCL but if nothing happens in a few days then send CB a ticket via support as they won't be able to access your account from this post.

BTW you should also be able to login to your GCL account direct via their gocardless.com site.
